Shipping Info

  • Processing time is 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays (this does not include delivery)
  • Delivery time is 5-7 business days
  • Customer will be notified with a confirmation number once the order is processed
    • There will be a second notification once the order is shipped


  • There is a NO REFUND policy. Contact us via email within 24 hours if you receive the wrong item or a faulty item. This is required for review of purchased items that need to be returned or exchanged. We will only exchange faulty received items. Proof of faulty item is required (picture, etc).
  • A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments.

***Mo'Beauty is not responsible for any lost items once the order has been shipped. If your tracking information states that the order was "delivered" ,yet you have not received it, you will need to contact the United States Postal Service or the carrier that delivered your item. and file a claim***
