• Use a wide tooth comb to de-tangle your extensions before wetting
• Always wash your extensions before installing with Alcohol-free products
  
• Shampoo in luke-warm water, and condition in cold water
• Shampoo your extensions using downward motions (start at the ends, and work your way up)
• Rinse thoroughly leaving no product in the hair
• For best results air dry and use heat-protectant/serum before applying heat
